Summer Camp Fun!
What will your little one be doing this summer? Make sure they stay active by sending them to Power Camp at Lakettes & Lakers Gymnastics Academy. This camp is perfect for boys and girls ages 3 and up who love to play games, jump on the trampoline, and participate in contests where they can win real prizes. They can also practice the vault, bars, beams, tumbling, and more!
Your child or children can enjoy five days of fun-filled adventure at Power Camp for the small price of $85. We have split the classes into ages 3-5, 6-8, and then ages 9 and up so the children can enjoy playing with children their own age. Register for Power Camp today before the class fills up!
Recreational Camp- This camp run 1 hour each day Monday - Friday. Available for ages 3-12 years old. This camp is designed for the student who cannot commit to all summer training and is looking for a lot of gym hours in a shorter time frame. Camp focuses on skill development and fun, in an active environment. Games, snack and free play is all a part of each days activities. Vault, Bars, Beam, Tumbling front and back will be covered in this camp, as well as trampoline training. Each day will begin with an ice breaker game and end with an end of class game or challenge. Basic through advanced gymnastic skills will be covered. Students are separated into age and level appropriate groups so that each student is working with other students the same age and skill level.
Competitive Team Camp- Girls level 2-10 who are involved in competitive gymnastics. This camp is mandatory for all of the Lakettes and Lakers athletes and open to guest athletes. The focus at this camp is skill advancement. We train from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday. Cost $300.

9:15-9:45 Group Warm Up
9:45-10:30 first event training (Vault & Tumble Trak)
10:30-11:15 second event training (Bars & Strap Bar)
11:15 -12:00 third event training (Balance Beam)
12:00-12:30 Lunch Break
12:45-1:00 Afternoon Challenge or Game
1:00-1:45 fourth event training (Front & Back Tumbling on Floor)
1:45-2:30 fifth event training ( Trampoline, Tumble Trak & Double Mini Trampoline)
2:30-2:45 Strength /game/ or afternoon challenge
