USAG Competitive Teams
Lakettes Gymnastics, offers competitive teams for girls ages 3 and up. Levels start at USAG XCel Bronze through XCel Gold.
Teams continue to progress up to Level 10.
Level - Xcel Program
Practices 2 to 4 days a week for 2-3 hours each practice. They participate in approximately 5-8 competitions in the tri-state area per year from November through April/May.
Level 5-10 Girls Teams
Practice 6 days a week for 15 hours a week. They participate in approximately 7-10 competitions in the tri-state area per year from November through May.
